Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide an amazing customer service experience to XTUSSTORES which is an indigenous E-commerce company that sells to customers within Ghana.
You will help us take desired actions… by providing an amazing experience with your service.
Doing this will directly contribute to revenue growth for the company by product purchases, referrals & brand goodwill.
Every day, you will have the opportunity to provide prospects & clients with a positive and high-quality experience.
The Customer Service Rep/Virtual Assistant is responsible for receiving phone calls and calling customers, interacting with delivery agents to ensure delivery is done on time, respond to comments, inquiries, and messages on our office line.
You’ll have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust – with your voice.
With this in mind, you’re the type of person that loves turning negative experiences into positive ones.
The position is partly proactive and partly reactive.
You need to be actively online and very responsive to attend to customers/delivery Partners whenever your attention is needed (indeed time is very essential because any minute lost translates to loss of money…)
You’ll be accountable for these KPIs:
- Reach: The number of people that come across our brand.
- Engagement: How often do you engage with your target audience (current and new followers alike)?
- Conversions: How many of our prospects become leads and finally converted into clients?

You MUST be:
NOTE: This position is FULL-TIME and VIRTUAL. Meaning you can work from anywhere. Preference for this position is someone in Accra

Qualifications:
Have you delivered results in a similar role in the past? If so, that’s what we’re looking for… We’re not interested in your school degree – we’re interested in your results.

Required:
- Love to “wow” customers by optimizing what’s in place and designing processes / systems that are repeatable at scale.
- Experience communicating with upwards of 50+ customers per day online (mainly, social media)
- Writing breathtaking contents on schedule that influence prospects and clients to take desired actions.
- Focus on root issues, and fix them, instead of embracing band-aid solutions.
- Integrity, self-awareness and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Have experience using Google Drive, Email, Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel & PowerPoint), Zoom/Skype & Facebook (in general)
- One-to-many mentality, not just one-to-one (Be-friend automation like scheduling posts)
Preferred:
- At least 1 Year of Experience at a company that has an online or offline presence.
- Experience in an online business environment while dealing with prospects, leads and clients.
- Typing 50 - 80+ words per minute
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through various virtual channels, including emails, phone calls, live chat, and social media.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge about the products or services offered by our store. This includes understanding features, benefits, pricing, and any ongoing promotions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow up on inquiries, address concerns, and provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the team about customer sentiments and market dynamics.
- CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to keep track of customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history. Leverage this data to personalize interactions and improve the customer experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and sales techniques. Participate in training sessions to enhance virtual selling skills.
- Tech Savvy: Be proficient in using virtual communication tools, ecommerce platforms, and other relevant technologies to facilitate seamless interactions with customers.
- Following up with delivery partners to ensure that products are delivered.
- Attending to customer's questions and following up with every customer that rescheduled delivery or not picking calls.
