Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, sharp individual to help manage and grow an online retail business. No prior e-commerce experience is required but an advantage. If you are tech-savvy, organized, and a fast learner, I will personally train you on how to research products, manage a global store, and eventually run digital ads.

What You Will Do (After Training)

  • Research & Upload: Use our tools to find cool products on Amazon/AliExpress and list them on eBay. (Goal: 100 listings per week).

  • Order Management: Buy items from suppliers and ship them to customers when orders come in.

  • Record Keeping: Keep an organized Excel sheet of every product and supplier link (we will provide the template).

  • Tracking: Monitor deliveries to make sure customers get their items on time.

You’ll be accountable for these KPIs:

  • Reach: The number of people that come across our brand.
  • Conversions: How many of our prospects become leads and finally converted into clients?

(We’ll explain the KPIs to you if you don’t understand what it’s about)

You MUST be:

  • High energy / high EQ, with the ability to motivate people with words.
  • Excited and experienced to deliver top-notch content via social media, email, and website.
  • Systems-oriented; a long-term decision-maker; you’re not satisfied solving the same challenge more than once; you fix it the first time & create a process to fix it forever, like creating frequently asked questions.
  • Excited to change lives, one customer, at a time!
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively without compromising quality or accuracy.

NOTE: This position is FULL-TIME and VIRTUAL. Meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at JTM ATLAS is located all over the contry, with the majority of us in Abuja, Nigeria.

Qualifications:

At JTM ATLAS we value work ethic, coach-ability, positive attitude, and past results you’ve delivered significantly more than your degree (or lack thereof), GPA, etc.

Have you delivered results in a similar role in the past? If so, that’s what we’re looking for… We’re not interested in your school degree - we’re interested in your results.

Required:

  • Must have a functional laptop.
  • Strong Internet: You must have a reliable data connection.
  • Fast Learner: You should be able to watch a training video and replicate the process accurately.
  • Detail Oriented: You hate making mistakes in spreadsheets and numbers.
  • Integrity, self-awareness and adaptability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Have experience using Google Drive, Email, Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel & PowerPoint), Zoom/Skype & Facebook (in general)
  • Growth Mindset: If you master the basics, we will train you in Media Buying (TikTok/Meta Ads) for additional pay.

Preferred:

  • Experience in an online business environment while dealing with prospects, leads and clients.
  • Typing 50 - 80+ words per minute

  • N50,000, N70,000 & upwards of N100,000; commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience.
