Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide an amazing creative story telling to JTM ATLAS LTD which is an indigenous E-commerce company that sells to customers within Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana
We are a small but ambitious skincare brand that specializes in natural products. We’re looking for a creative content creator to help us bring our story to life through engaging video ads.
You’ll be producing 1-minute video with 4 different hooks that can capture attention across social media. This is a contract-based role, not full-time employment — you’ll be called upon whenever we need new videos.
Since we’re a growing brand working with a lean budget, we see this as an opportunity for creators who want to grow with us. As the brand expands, there will be more projects, higher budgets, and bigger opportunities to collaborate.
You’ll be accountable for these KPIs:
- Deliver videos on time
- Be creative and engaging
- Help us make sales

You MUST be:
NOTE: This position is contract based and VIRTUAL. Meaning you can work from anywhere. Preference for this position is someone in Ghana that can speak local language fluently

Qualifications:
Have you delivered results in a similar role in the past? If so, that’s what we’re looking for… We’re not interested in your school degree – we’re interested in your results.

Required:
- Ability to create engaging, high-quality video content.
- Strong creativity and storytelling skills (especially in crafting multiple hooks).
- Access to a smartphone or camera with good video quality.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver videos promptly
Preferred:
- Experience with video editing (basic to intermediate).
- Prior experience in content creation, advertising, or social media marketing.
- Passion for storytelling through content.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- As a Contract Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging video ads to promote our product. Your work will help us reach new customers, build brand awareness, and drive sales.
- Video Creation: Produce 1-minute product videos that highlight the benefits of our product.
- Multiple Hooks: Create at least 4 different opening hooks for each video to test engagement.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Storytelling: Communicate the product’s value in a way that feels authentic and appealing to viewers.
- Editing: (Preferred, not required) Edit videos for clarity, pacing, and impact.
- Timely Delivery: Complete and submit videos within the agreed timeframe.
- Feedback Collaboration: Be open to revisions and adjustments based on brand feedback.
- Performance Awareness: Understand that video success is measured by engagement and sales impact (with opportunities for bonuses when content performs well).
The Pay
350 Cedis per video and hook (i.e., for a 1-minute video with 4 hooks).
Contract-based; paid per deliverable.
Conversion Bonus: Earn an additional 5–10% of sales revenue from videos that directly drive product sales
